Expect
THE Studio
My studio is located at Suite #6 – 418 Main Street in Esterhazy, SK. You will enter the main doors and head down the stairs. My studio is at the end of the first hall in Suite #6. My main priority is for my clients fo feel welcome and comfortable when they visit my studio. There is an area for my clients to relax (yes, I have had parents get some much needed sleep during newborn sessions) including water and snacks. My studio is stocked with everything we need for sessions including props, wraps, headbands, hats, outfits and so much more! I even have several maternity gowns available for use!
Newborn SESSIONS
My favourite type of session to photograph! Everyone will tell you that they grow so fast – but they really do! I tentatively book my newborn sessions in advance based on baby’s due date (of course things can change) and encourage clients not to wait until the last minute to ensure availability. I am an amazing "pregnancy – secret keeper" by the way! My newborn sessions typically take place within the first three weeks after delivery, of course baby can be older if needed. I send a questionnaire and prep guide and work with clients prior to their session to plan the perfect session for them, including colour choices and any special requests. I take my time during newborn sessions and safety for baby is my number one priority. I will always try my best to get particular poses for parents but I will never promise anything – some babies just won’t do or like certain poses. When it comes to newborn sessions the baby is the boss!

If you are including sibling and family photos in your newborn session I will begin with these before asking older siblings to leave and finishing the remainder of the session with just baby alone.

Wedding
Wedding packages are available to help accommodate what you are wanting photographed. I am easy going and work well with other vendors and professionals. Before your wedding I will have you fill out a questionnaire to help me know all the important details of your day to help ensure I don’t miss anything you think is important. I will also spend an hour with you prior to the wedding in an engagement session. I believe that it is important for me to photograph you before your wedding so that we get to know each other and I get an understanding of how you pose and move and what poses look good and natural to you. I want to ensure that I am fully prepared to help make your day as perfect as can be!
Other SESSIONS
Before every session I will send out a questionnaire. It is important for me to understand the dynamics of your family, what will make them smile, and the little details and moments that you wish you could freeze to hold on to for a lifetime – I want to try to freeze these in your photos for you.
After
YOUR SESSION
I will go through your images, pick the best ones and edit them. Once your photos are edited, I will set up a session with you to go through the photos with you and help you choose which you would like to purchase. I find this to be an important step. I can point out details you might miss, give suggestions for what might work for printed products and get your input for if you would like anything adjusted or changed. These are your photos and I want them to be perfect just for you!
